Our Institute
K Agro-innovate Institute (KAI), established under the Kasikornthai Foundation with support from Kasikorn Bank. It is our mission to create inclusive value chains that foster environmental regeneration, prosperous community and economic growth. As a part of the holistic socio-ecological transformation model, KAI is working to support the Nan Sandbox initiative.
We build a multidisciplinary value chain that complements the Nan Sandbox’s comprehensive efforts to restore the ecological balance of the preserved watershed forest in Nan province. With a diverse team of experts, KAI pioneers practical solutions that drive sustainable outcomes. Our main focus is to restore Thailand’s crucial watershed forests, specifically in Nan, through our innovative pharma-agroforestry and plant-based medicine innovation.
By collaborating with local communities, stakeholders, and partners, KAI is focused on creating lasting, positive impacts that benefit both the environment and the people who depend on it. This vision aims to ensure that the ecosystems of Nan thrive alongside its communities.
